Where is your office located?
Located in Center City, at 304 S 12th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, our office is within walking distance to most of our properties, major attractions, and public transportation.
Do I need to go to the front desk before I check in to my apartment?
There is no front desk at our properties. You will receive the building and door code for self check-in prior to your arrival. If you are planning to arrive after midnight, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.
Is early check-in or late checkout possible?
Yes, please contact us for availability. For check-in, our normal check-in time is after 3:00 PM. If there are no previous guests checking out on the same date in a specific apartment, you can check in early after 11:00 AM.
For checkout, the normal check-out time is by 11:00am. If there are no upcoming guests checking in on the same date, you can stay a little bit longer. If you stay longer than 3 hours, it will be considered a half-day extended stay and you will be charged a half-day rate.
You can always drop off your luggage during our office hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at our location on 304 S 12th St for your convenience.
Is your apartment pet-friendly?
Unfortunately not, in order to keep our apartments nice and fresh for every guest, pets are currently not allowed at our properties for short-term rentals.
Do I have to pay the hotel tax?
If you stay with us 30 days or longer, you do not have to pay the hotel tax of 15.5%. We will offer you a coupon to use in waiving your hotel tax.

About Our Services
In general, what is included in the monthly rate?
All of our properties are fully-furnished for your use. We also provide towels, sheets, linens and toiletries free of charge. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Housekeeping is available at an extra charge per your needs.
How about the parking?
